How Ordering and Payment Works

We are very excited about our Website and Online Store. However, we do realise that online shopping and different websites can be intimidating to shoppers. We realise that you as our values customer can become confused on how all the different websites work. So let us explain how to navigate your way though our website.

So you have browsed our website and saw some products you added to your cart, so what now? How do I access the Shopping Cart and how do I check out?

You can access your shopping cart in two ways on our website. The one way is on the Right-Top corner. You can hover over the Cart image or you can simply click the Cart image to be taken to your Shopping Cart.

Then the other option is: On the Bottom-Left corner you will find this Cart Image floating on your screen. Click on it and a popup will appear. You can adjust your quantities here and then select the Checkout Button.

On the Checkout page you will get a form to fill in. Please insure that the form is filled in correctly as this is how we will be able to contact you after your purchase. At the bottom of the form you will have three (3) different types of Shipment options that may appear.

  1. Flat rate: R100 – We use CourierGuy and PostNet. If the volume metrics exceed the charged courier fee, we will inform you and payment must be made before the order is released.
  2. Pick-up – This is a free option available to anyone that can pick up their Order from our offices in Booysens, Pretoria.

After this you will have 2 Payment Options to select from:

By using this option, a system generated invoice will be sent to your email with our Banking details. Please remember that no order will be processed if payment has not yet been received.

This option will give you a vast selection of payment options. Read on to find out more about these payment options.

After you’ve selected your payment method, please click on the button. If you have selected the Direct Payment option, your order has been placed and you will receive an invoice via email. If you selected the PayFast option, you will then be redirected to the PayFast Payment Gateway. This payment site may ask for your email address, this is for returns purposes. If you email has been entered the site will look like this:

Zapper is a free ‘scan to pay’ app that makes payments convenient and secure for both online shoppers and merchants. Zapper allows buyers to make payments by simply scanning a QR code with their smartphone.

Masterpass is a digital wallet from Mastercard that enables online shoppers to quickly and securely check out and make online payments. Masterpass works with all major credit, cheque and debit cards and secures the buyer’s data using industry leading technology.
SCode is a payment platform that allows shoppers to pay for their online purchases in-store at one of more than 6,000 retail outlets across South Africa. When choosing to pay with SCode, the buyer receives a barcoded email or SMS that they then present at the store to make their payment.
